Roger Berg, Vice President of Wireless Technologies for DENSO International America, will participle in a featured panel session entitled “Connected Vehicle at the Crossroads” on Monday, June 6 from 1-4:30 p.m.
Connected Vehicle at the Crossroads Panel Session
As the 2103 date for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to announce its regulatory intent on vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) safety approaches, both the private and public sectors are re-examining their strategies for connected vehicle technology. This seminar will feature connected vehicle technology developers representing vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, telematics service providers, and government leaders from state, national, and international agencies discussing the benefits and challenges associated with connected vehicle technology in today’s auto industry. “Connected Vehicle at the Crossroads” also will introduce a white paper on future directions for connected vehicle technology co-authored by the Center for Automotive Research and KPMG.
DENSO has been researching and developing technology to support connected vehicle technology (V2X) since 2003.
